Okay, so I admit that I recently told my hubby that I wanted to cut down on desserts in our house, but I couldn't resist making this pie yesterday. I was shopping at Target, happened to see a container of Cool Whip, and I instantly thought of this pie. I had to make it. That day! With our busy lives, any dish that I make needs to be simple and fast. Here's one of my favorite no-bake desserts that fits that description perfectly. You can make it as either a frozen limeade or lemonade pie. This time I decided to go with the limeade but either one is amazingly yummy! Oh, and did I mention easy? Really easy.
INGREDIENTS
1 - 12 oz container of Cool Whip (thawed in the fridge)
1 - 6 oz can of either frozen limeade or lemonade concentrate
1 - 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk (chilled)
1 - pre-made graham cracker pie crust
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients together, drop it in the pie shell, and place in the freezer until ready to eat. Yup, it's that easy! I added a dollop of cool whip and some graham cracker crumbs to garnish. A couple of strawberries on the side make this a light and fresh dessert!
xo,
Carly
