The busy mom breakfast series continues with a power breakfast you can throw together in 3.5 seconds. This yogurt parfait is a great breakfast for those mornings where you need to get everyone out the door for school, and in the craziness of getting everyone ELSE ready, you just don't have time to eat breakfast yourself!
We've all seen these yogurt parfaits everywhere but I personally have never actually tried them. Now that I have though, I'm hooked! And the recipe is so versatile, you can easily mix and match ingredients to your liking. I didn't have many options in my fridge this morning so this version is probably as basic as you can get, but use it as a jumping off point and get creative! (I've also got a snack/dessert-ish option that I'll post on another day)
